There’s a big vote going on tonight at the San Mateo City Council. It’s time to approve the subdivision map and architecture for the first installment of the Bay Meadows development project. You can read more about the Bay Meadows vote here.
Highlights of the plan include finally tearing down the racetrack to make room for the new subdivision, as well as, a public park and below-market-rate housing.
The Bay Meadows Project has been widely debated since its inception and I’ve heard both sides from my clients and fellow San Mateo County residents. Where do you stand on the issue?
