With so much written about home buying it’s difficult to sort out the good stuff from the junk. Well, I found some good stuff. Your First Home by Gary Keller, Dave Jenks and Jay Papasan is well-written, succinct and free of hype. This short book draws on the real life experiences of first time home buyers across North America, and is filled with practical advice and valuable insights. Your First Home is written for today’s home buyer. In my opinion, it achieves its stated mission of discovering and sharing the best real estate wisdom, practices and models with everyone. A good read for home buyers and aspiring real estate agents alike, Your First Home is my book of the month selection.
