		<description>I&#039;m not sure if narrow, winding streets are such a bad thing. Personally I think towns with streets like this have a certain charm. A lack of a downtown may mean less activities to do, but it also means less traffic! Belmont sounds like a nice quiet and charming place to live.</description>
