According to the Redwood City Daily News, it appears that the new Redwood Shores Elementary School will be open by September 2009.

This would be good news for Belmont-Redwood Shores real estate as property values in this area are influenced by the strong Belmont-Redwood Shores school district, and overcrowding could lead to lower overall ratings. Parents and property owners alike should be happy to see the new school open for classes in 2009.
