Recently, I needed to have an outlet grounded in my house. I set out to find a residential electrician online, which wasn’t an easy task. I first called two people I found in the Yellow Pages. One gave me the run around and said they were union and did not want to do such a small job. The second one never called me back.
Finally, I decided to head over to Yelp and check out some reviews. There I found Chris Borg Electric based out of San Carlos, who had two excellent reviews. I called Chris and he called me back immediately. After explaining the reason I called him for the service and what I thought I needed, he told me two ways he could complete the job and which would be preferable. He also quoted me a very reasonable price and quote for the parts he would need. He was incredibly understanding and pleasant and helpful on the phone, especially considering my knowledge of electricity is next to nothing.
When he arrived at my house, he was very professional and worked quickly to complete the job. He took less time than he quoted and never once said this job was “too small” for him.
