Homes are Only Worth What a Buyer is Willing to Pay for It
When you are looking to buy a home in any neighborhood, it is good to know what other buyers were willing to pay for similar homes nearby. As we’ve said may times, homes are only worth what a buyer is willing to pay for them. Not what buyers paid a year ago, or what the seller needs out of the property, what a buyer paid for similar homes in the same neighborhood in the last 90 days.
What Sold in Hallmark?
For sake of this post, we’re going to show you what sold in Belmont’s Hallmark neighborhood in the last six months. I’ve also added these homes to a map to give you an idea of where they are.
