Hallmark
Hallmark is Belmont’s most prestigious neighborhood developed between the mid-60s and mid-70s; it’s somewhat comparable to the hillside areas of San Carlos that were developed about the same time.

Relatively Affordable Compared to Other Upscale Peninsula Neighborhoods
Relatively affordable, especially as compared to the Peninsula’s elite neighborhoods, Hallmark home buyers have been willing to pay a premium to access Fox Elementary School, Ralston Middle School and Carlmont High School.
Some Homes Even Come with a Spectacular View
Many homes offer thrilling views of the Bay and the Bridges, and most are 2000 sq.ft. or more on lots larger than can be found in most of Belmont and San Mateo. Hallmark even has 2 upscale townhouse developments for those no longer interested in outdoor maintenance responsibilities.
What Type of Homes Can I Expect in Hallmark?
You can expect to get a 4 bedroom, 2 bath (sometimes 3 bath) home with around 2,000 sq ft of living space with lot sizes between 8,000 and 12,000 sq ft.
How Much Can I Expect to Pay for a Hallmark Belmont Home?
Most Hallmark homes sell for between $1,000,000 and $1,200,000.
