19th Ave Park
For those with an appreciation of Eichler construction, 19th Avenue Park is the ticket. If you are priced out of Palo Alto, need east of Highway 101 prices, and still prefer to live west of 101, these early Eichlers built in 1955-56 offer an opportunity. Smaller than the Eichler homes built in San Mateo’s Highlands development and certainly less deluxe – no community center and no views – these homes can be a great value particularly for those striving for access to Sunnybrae school.
