While lots are generally flat and smaller than the nearby Baywood and San Mateo Park lots – in the 5,000 to 7,000 sq ft range. Homes reminiscent of the 1920s and 1930s romanticism are spacious for the time built often over 2,000 sq ft. Most Aragon homes are 3-4 bedrooms with 2-3 bathrooms.

Aragon is priced roughly similar to the mid-range Menlo Park homes around Linfield Oaks. Most Aragon homes are priced between $950,000 and $1,400,000.
