Baywood Knolls is a small, relatively affluent hillside neighborhood west of Alameda de las Pulgas and south of Crystal Springs.

Baywood Knolls, Not to Be Confused with Baywood

Now don’t confuse the Baywood Knolls with its neighbor Baywood, although some people speculate that the original developers deliberately promoted this confusion. Except for the Knolls area north of Parrott Drive which is somewhat comparable to Baywood, the Knolls for the most part is generally a step down in price, quality and ambiance.

How are Baywood Knolls Schools?

The superior, highly regarded Baywood Elementary School (K-8) offers a Palo Alto/Menlo Park elementary education in a much more modestly priced neighborhood.
