Laurelwood offers hillside living south of Highway 92 between Hillsdale Blvd. and DeAnza Blvd. roughly similar to Redwood City’s Farm Hill Estates or the older sections of Ladera.  There are due to phased construction 3 distinct areas – or sub-markets – within Laurelwood each with its own idiosyncrasies.

Laurelwood San Mateo is bordered by Highway 92 to the West, W Hillsdale Blvd to the North, Viewridge Drive to the East and De Anza Blvd to the South.
